Hello, my name is Sally Mills and I am a Reflexologist based in Waterloo, Liverpool. I provide a professional Reflexology service to clients from Blundellsands, Crosby, Waterloo and the surrounding areas of Hightown and Formby.
Over the years I have tried many Complimentary therapies to help me relax and cope with the stress and anxiety that life can bring.
Discovering Reflexology was an absolute blessing to me.
After 15 years of receiving regular Reflexology treatments and through my passion and absolute belief in the benefits that it offers, I decided that I would like to be able to help others experience it's magic.
I trained at the Gaia School of Natural Health and hold a Centralia Mastership in Reflexology at Level 5 - which is the highest level of Reflexology training available in the UK.
I am fully insured and I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and Professional Reflexology , abiding by their codes of practice and ethics.
I aim to enhance the quality of life of all my clients and improve their health and well-being. I am particularly passionate about helping people who suffer with stress and anxiety; people who find it hard to relax.
